- Water and energy: The property features a 5,000-liter water tank, as well as solar panels with battery storage.
- Waste and plastic: In the bungalows, guests are provided with glass water bottles refilled by the hosts, and a self-service water dispenser is available in the lodge. Waste sorting bins are located throughout the property.
- Housekeeping: Only eco-friendly products are used to clean the bungalows: a 3-in-1 cleaner, black soap, and white vinegar. This protects both staff and the environment.
- Accommodation: The bungalows are built entirely of wood.
- Mobility and lagoon: Bicycles are available for guest use, and snorkeling is accessible on foot from the accommodation, approximately 150 meters away.
- Cuisine and Polynesian culture: Meals are prepared in a culinary facility in Raiatea by a local chef, using exclusively local ingredients. Traditional Polynesian massages are offered in a dedicated fare, along with a Polynesian evening featuring traditional cuisine and music.
