2025 & 2026 Children Policy:

Before 3 years old: 
• Infants sharing their parents’ room stay for free, in respect to the applicable bedding configuration
• Cribs are free of charge.
• Boat transfers are free of charge.
• Buffet breakfast is complimentary but other meals are charged in supplement based on the Kids’ Menu or à la carte.
• Regular rates shall apply if children eat à la carte.
• Beverages are not included.

From 3 to 12 years old included:
• Children sharing their parents’ room stay for free, in respect to the applicable bedding configuration
• Boat transfers are charged in supplement at 3 333 XPF + applicable taxes.
• Buffet breakfast is complimentary but other meals are charged in supplement based on the Kids’ Menu or à la carte.
• Regular rates shall apply if children eat à la carte.
• Beverages are not included.
• When a meal plan (lunch and/or dinner) is booked for the parents, the kid’s menu meal plan becomes mandatory.

From 13 years old:
• Adult conditions apply.

2025 & 2026 Cancellation policy:

The following cancellation and modification fees shall apply:
- Bookings cancelled or modified up to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date at the Resort: no penalty.
- Bookings cancelled or modified between 14 and 1 day prior to the scheduled day of arrival at the Resort: a 2-night cancellation fee at contract rate plus applicable taxes.
- Bookings cancelled or modified on the day of arrival at the resort or during the stay will be charged in full.
- There will be no refund for shortened stays.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.

No Shows :
- The full stay plus applicable taxes, and arrival boat transfers will be charged and the entire booking is by default cancelled.
- There will be no refund (for unused nights) in the case of no-show guests arriving on unscheduled dates and undertaking a shorter stay than scheduled. A new booking request, subject to availability, will need to be sent.
