Our hikes are great opportunities to discover the unique and natural beauty of inland Tahiti. Follow your experienced guide along paths that lead you throught fern and gigantic mape (tahitian chestnut tree) forests. Explore deep valleys and canyons, still barely touched by human activity. It is common to find edible and medicinal plants in the lush vegetation, and your guide will make sure to show you how they are traditionnally used and prepared.

Walk along sites filled with History, such as the Fautaua valley or the Papenoo valley where archeological remains attest the presence of ancient population. Climb the different peaks of the island, like the Mount Aorai, which translates by ” heavenly world” , and onced you’ve reach the top, you will understand why. You will be rewarded by breathtaking panoramas and feel so small in front of the magnificence of nature!
