Travel Insurance:

Upon confirmation of booking, all passengers must take out travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation.

Cancellation policy for all cruises 2027 :

Any cancellation made between 14 days and 91 days of the official confirmation of a cabin will be subject to an administrative fee of 150 € per person. Non-refundable.
If cancelled from 90 to 61 days prior to scheduled departure: the initial deposit of 25% of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled 60 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled 44 to 30 days prior to scheduled departure: 75% of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled less than 30 days or no-show: the full fare (100%) of the voyage, including charges, will be retained

Cancellation policy for all cruises 2025 & 2026 :

Any cancellation after the official confirmation of a cabin will be subject to an administrative fee of 17 900 XPF per person. Non-refundable.
If cancelled 90 to 61 days prior to scheduled departure: the initial deposit of 25% of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled 60 to 45 days prior to departure: one third (1/3) of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled 44 to 30 days prior to scheduled departure: two thirds (2/3) of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
If cancelled less than 30 days or no-show: the full fare (100%) of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.

Booking changes 2025, 2026 & 2027 :

Once booking confirmation has been issued, any change of booking such as a change of dates or name will be subject to the same penalties as those applied to cancellations.
