Heiva i Tahiti is a major cultural celebration and undoubtedly one of the most significant events in Tahiti and its islands. Hawaiki Nui Va'a

The Hawaiki Nui Va’a is a legendary outrigger canoe race, contested over three days between the Society Islands. The XTERRA Triathlon Moorea 2026 is the 11th edition of a major sports event in Polynesia. It includes a full-distance triathlon, a qualifier for the XTERRA World Championships, as well as races for everyone. It’s an exciting weekend full of challenges, personal achievement, and lasting memories.

Hura Tapairu 2026

A true cultural springboard, this annual competition allows many local and international artists to reveal their talent in a passionate atmosphere, thus preparing future elite troupes for the prestigious Heiva i Tahiti.

Mahana pae - Te Tiare Tahiti
December 4, 2026 / Location: Tahiti and its islands
Celebrated on the first Friday of each month, Mahana Pae honours the Tiare Tahiti, the emblematic flower of the fenua. The day celebrates the flower and Polynesian hospitality. Visitors and locals enjoy a fragrant and festive atmosphere, especially at the airport, beautifully decorated at the end of the year.
