La propriété se compose de trois unités, une maison principale et deux bungalows en duplex indépendants entièrement meublés et équipés. La maison principale en bord de mer donne sur le lagon bleu de Moorea et est construite sur deux niveaux.

2023 Payment Policy :

• 30% of the total amount of your rental must be made upon booking, along with €67 in reservation fees, in order to confirm it.
• In the case of a bank transfer or by check, the reservation will be held for 72 hours pending payment. After 72 hours, if payment has not been made, the option will expire, and the availability of the property will no longer be guaranteed.
• For bank transfers, any fees associated with the transfer as well as currency exchange rate variations are the sole responsibility of the tenant. The amount received in XPF or Euros must exactly match the amount stated during the reservation.
• For any stay occurring within less than 30 days from the reservation date, the full payment of the rental will be required at the time of booking.
• For stays longer than one month, special rental payment terms can be arranged.

2023 Cancellation Policy 

• If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your arrival date: refund of the deposit minus the €67 reservation fee which remains due.
• If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: the cancellation fees will be equal to 30% of the rental amount (which is the amount of the deposit), minus the €67 reservation fee which remains due.
• If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled arrival date: the cancellation fees will be equal to 100% of the rental amount, as well as any additional fees and services.

It is important to note that in all cases of cancellation, the reservation fees remain with TAHITI HOMES®.
Upon receiving the cancellation, this contract will be considered automatically terminated, and TAHITI HOMES® may take possession of the rented property.
