Follow your guide’s instructions and try to maneuver a traditionnal outrigger canoe before heading off for a stroll on the lagoon. Learn the different fishing technics locals use and try to catch something for your lunch. Discover the various fish and seashells living in the lagoon of the island. Back on land, get familiar with traditionnal cooking by taking part in the lunch preparation. You will then visit a ‘fa’a'apu’ (veggie patch) to find out about local vegetables and taste some seasonal fruits.
